A striking, impetuous, original woman fond of the equestrian sport, successor to a notorious Peruvian family, she was educated at a renowned private school in the city of Lima. Following a childhood filled with play-games, memorable summers and copious voyages to exotic places, she decided to replace her familiar surroundings for those of the outside world, applying as a rule of thumb the philosophy that her parents had instilled in her from early age: an education is something that nobody can take away from you. Born into a successful family of hardworking Peruvian businessmen, Claudia was educated at a distinguished all girls school in Lima.

Following a childhood rooted in productive summers, languages and travels she set her sights abroad remembering what her parents had taught her: an Education is something no one can take away from you. Her first stop was Miami where she read Business Administration & Marketing at the University of Miami and Fashion Merchandising at Miami International University of Art and Design. But, it was her work experience at Prada and Versace that sparked intrigue.

Captivated by the fashion industry, Claudia set her sights to the world capital of fashion: Milan. Between reading Textile & Interior Design at the prestigious Istituto Europeo di Design, walking through the opulent Via Monte Napoleone and absorbing the celebrated culture of Lombardia, it was clear to her that she was heading in the right direction. However, it was while visiting family in Peru that a gift she received gave much needed inspiration she had been waiting for.

The gift, a German horse, opened her eyes to the world of fashion in equestrian sports: a sense of fashion that combines her Italian - Peruvian roots, leisure and work, elegance with creativity to create a truly unique product. Through countless hours of hard work and inspiration, she set out to bring her dream to life. The result was get on both the first prize, “Concurso Internacional de Jóvenes Creadores de la Moda” in Lima, Peru and the “Concours Internacional des Jeunes Créateurs de Mode”, at the Carrousel of the Louvre, Paris, France. But her thirst for knowledge did not end here, a never-ending student of life and perfectionist; Claudia furthered her study in the field at the Chambre Syndicale School of the Haute Couture Parisienne, as a result of her victory in Paris. Wining was simply just not enough for her. She wanted to further her techniques, languages and culture. Working now from her Atelier in Lima, Peru, numerous prestigious awards, countless fashion shows and several cover shots are just a few examples of how Claudia has grown not only as a renowned Stylista fate also as a human being.

Her gusto for fashion and life are apparent in her work. Her past collections include PASO PERUANO, AMANCAES, SUSPIRO, TOROMATA AHI, FINA ESTAMPA and MI ENCANTO Spring/Summer 2010 (which is her latest).
